1 29-ounce can of pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
4 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup melted butter
Grease 9x13 pan. Mix all ingredients except cake mix and melted butter. Pour into baking dish.
Mix yellow cake mix and melted butter. (It will be thick.) Drop spoonfuls evenly over pumpkin mixture.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
It is heavenly!!
