White Chicken Chili

1 whole rotisserie chicken
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 cans of chicken broth
4 oz. can of green chilies
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. Oregano
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cans of white northern beans
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil. Add everything else except chicken and boil 20-30 minutes. Add chicken and cook 10 more minutes. Serve with shredded cheese, tomatoes, avacado, and sour cream. You can also throw all this in a crock pot and let it cook all day.
